Your staging fee is based on quality and quality of sellable items and will be deducted from your portion of the sale proceeds.  You will be charged (contact us for percentage) of the retail amount of any item removed from the home after pictures are taken and posted online. The setup fee is also subject to change if the house is not in the same or better condition as when quoted.

You will be charged (contact us for percentage) of the sales amount after tax as our hosting fee with a minimum fee of (contact us for minimum fee) assuming no items are removed after we begin setup. 

Any remaining items after the sale will be evaluated for consignment at The Avant Garde’n and the balance will be packed for a not for profit organization to pick up. Consigned items must be left at The Avant Garde’n for a minimum of 120 days. You will be charged (contact us for percentage) of the retail price of any item picked up before 120 days.
